Something wrong with server side of the connections

We have 2 pc:s on the same LAN sharing the same connection. Yet we get almost daily a situation where other one plays ok in cyrodiil while other one freezes and when attempting to log in again tells us "unable to connec to game server. please check internet connection."
The connection is working on both machines and like said they share the same internet. Only reason is that there is something fishy in the server side.
