Again, since they allow people to play on any faction / campaign with the same account, the only way to counter people from exploiting AP is to set up different automations ans triggers ingame that notify game masters when someone is gaining AP very quickly in a short time, and then have the game master monitor manually what the players are doing by using invisibility and teleportation to players.

So if you're on your AD toon and queue AD for Vivec you are AD for the duration of that 30 day campaign. If you quit the campaign it costs you AP, and you cannot rejoin until the next campaign begins. Same for guest campaigns you join and perhaps change it to allow you to get credit in both.
That way you can have a 30 day going on as well as a 7 day, and you can switch between. It's not a full permanent account lock as I know so many people hate that idea, but the swapping is getting tired. We were defending Cropsford for a bit last night, and one person we killed a few times on another faction queued into our faction and joined our group. As soon as they did we conveniently had a small man targeting our group. It completely generates distrust and kills morale in this game.

I mean, sure, unless you are playing on the No CP campaign, which hasn't had a 7-day campaign since Almalexia got closed for lack of population...
