I knew that flooding forums with complaints will cause nerf sooner or later so I didn't craft it, I can't afford changing build every single update.

I wouldn't deconstruct anything before seeing the actual changes first.
I don't think that developers will make a set entirely useless, which is one of selling points which is supposed to attract more buyers to purchase Summerset expansion.I would recommend waiting and see how it will turn out to be.
However if someone was considering crafting Sload set, perhaps it would be a great moment to reconsider and wait till the next update arrives.
(Now assuming that the next update is really the next following and not the actual balance update coming a few months later.)

EVERYTIME zos nerfed something they made it totally useless (like stygian )

Shame they take the crappy suggestions because the ignorant masses cry the loudest. Ever wonder why Blizzard, and WoW specifically, has held the most active players since release? Because they don't implement every change the community wants, even if they flood the forums. If everyone got what they wanted the game would end up being a circus.

They should have looked at balancing classes better instead of nerfing a set that will barely change anything. Bad players aren't going to suddenly become good just because a set is nerfed.

I don't know a single good player who likes this set. Some use it because they'll always use what's strongest, but I haven't seen anyone admit to actually liking it.

IMO, this was all planned. They needed an OP crafted set to drive excitement for Jewelry Crafting. Only a complete idiot wouldn't be able to see the ways in which this set would negatively impact gameplay. *

Makes no difference to me, somehow I still haven't seen Sload's on a recap and I die plenty from mostly OP Sorc execute cheese.

That's hilolrious given that the only ones crying, were the ones who were such good players that they couldn't handle it! xD

So if enough people or actully a few people because the amount of people on the forums aint that many can band together we can get any set nerfed? Any ideas for the next one? im thinking something abit pointless.. ermm.. Julianos? yes. Its overpreforming. Plz nerf.

This isn't correct. ZOS has nerfed badly or otherwise made irrelevant *Most* sets.

There is a difference between a set that's not even Bis and a completely overperfoming set

I don't understand this. As someone who is in No CP BGs constantly, and been both on the receiving end, and giving of Sload's. IT IS NOT OVER POWERED.

It has a reasonable cooldown, and in a fight with multiple enemies you can only use it on one of them before the scrimmage is over.

What it does do, is give people who don't want to make pvp tanks, a reasonable way to actually do some damage to the 50k, shielded unkillable statues that are in these battles.

I can't tell you how many times I have watched 8+ people hit each other over and over, and none of the health bars even go down

Being in a flag game, or land grab, and trying to attack 1 healer and 3 tanks is a total joke. They can't hurt you, sure, but they can't die at all. Unless you can CC the healer, and hit the tank types with oblivion damage, you're completely stuck.

I haven't seen anything more than a minor improvement in regular pvp encounters with this set on, where it shines is levelling the playing field against these ridiculous builds that make the BGs a miserable grind instead of an enjoyable fight.

My advice to the folks that get so angry about people wearing sloads that they feel the need to spam other pvp participants whispers with hate speech, and fill these forums with nasty comments, is simply this:

Get better at your own build, and maybe you wont feel so personally offended by someone elses.

If we should nerf "BiS" or flavour of the month. then we might aswell pick one set every month and nerf it. then move on to the next one.

Can anyone post screenshots of these Sload's death recaps? I die all day in PvP, and have still only seen Sload's deal the death blow once. Even at that, it was low damage, and I was hit by a ton of other skills/damage first. I hardly see it pop up at all anywhere on death recaps. I don't know about BG's since I'm mostly in Cyrodiil. From my experience, it doesn't have much effect. I do see plenty of people complaining about it there and everywhere. Please post screenshots.

Probably because its subscription based so at least they give a damn about gameplay and performance. Aka they dont introduce a new reskined sloads every 3 months just to milk money out of it at the expense of gameplay and performance.

Don’t be too rash in conclusions. Adjustment is an ambiguous thing. They adjusted resource cost poisons too once - from 30% to 60%. So maybe the set just gets double the damage over half the time because Sorc QQ is really en vogue these days.

Almost every single set in the game is near useless, and most of the crafted sets are of limited use. May as well just add Sloads to that list.

Although I think if they just changed he damage to physical it wouldn't be all that bad.
