PTS wont open

So ive downloaded the pts and orginially it was automatically trying to save to my C drive but I did not have enough room for another outrageous 100 gbs of space. So I moved it to the D drive in a folder. Now whenever I go to the pts log in on the launcher it just says install and then trys installing on my C drive again. Why isn't there a way to direct your files straight from the launcher? Is there anyway to fix it so it stops looking in my c drive for the pts?

MrBlack23✭✭so I just used support to figure this out and says I need another launcher in my other harddrive.... smh zos always doing things the hard way. makes sense0
