I really think ZOS should fix problems just with doing nothing. So they wouldn't be able to make things even worse!

Hi everyone,
We have identified a cause of the majority of the crashes to dashboard and crash loops that some characters are getting caught in on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The issue is related to memory, and we have a fix that improves memory handling for both console clients.
We are rolling out this fix on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on Wednesday, July 6. Once this fix goes live, you should no longer see frequent crashes to dashboard and crash loops on specific characters."

✭If they knew how to fix it, I suspect it would have been fixed today.
I don't know what goes on behind the scenes at ZOS but after what happened last November with the infinite load screens, I would have thought lessons would have been learned about major updates, Cyrodiil, and testing on consoles. Guess not...
It seems once again that they broke their own game and they don't know what to do about it.

I guess it’s up to what kind of content people are playing.
In PVE things mght be better now, not sure about trials though.
