Bone pirate's tatters is a fantastic set for stamina classes. Try to buy the recipe for "dubious camoran throne." It's one of the best stamina foods, which is considered a drink, so it will activate bone pirate's 5 set bonus.
Then for your other set you can craft hundings rage or farm/buy spriggans.
For pvp bone pirate + spriggans is a great pair, almost meta. It will work well in pve as well.
Of course for pve the best set vicious ophidian, which you get from the craglorn trials. Goto craglorn and shout for groups to run any of the 3 trials on normal. Once you have 5 pieces, you're good. You can pair vicious ophidian with spriggans. Also, twice fanged serpent from sanctum ophidia is a great replacement for spriggans if you want.Bosmer Stamina NB

I've been mixing Bone Pirates with everything for solo lately. I infused a necklace to balance out the max resource with weapon damage a bit. I wish the build editor were working and I'd have more to add to that.
