Any guilds that don't have a weekly maintenance fee, decent vendor & do dungeons/raids/pvp weekly?

So... I've been a non-competitive solo player since the game came out, focused on completing quest, achievements, etc. I'm looking to start doing dungeons and raids, maxing my character, and earning some cash on the AH. I think the idea of weekly maintenance fees are a little ridiculous considering the guild takes a cut of the seller's profits automatically, jsyk. Any cool/laid back guilds that meet the above criteria?
