I got a email from teso_help@mailmw.custhelp.com saying that if i buy one month ESO plus, I'll get one month free.
I bought one month on my ESO account then cancelled the membership. I didn't get the free month (it shows that i have 29 days left).
How can I get that free month please? your help is welcome.

✭✭✭✭Normally you respond back to the original email indicating you made the purchase.
They check your account, see the purchase, then credit you the additional 30 days.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
Earn it.

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0
