Which DLC/Chapter do you really want to see in ESO in 2019?

The problem is they already covered most of DC in the base game and earlier DLC/chapters.

Breton: All zones covered in base game
Orcs: Wrothgar (DLC, but same size as a chapter as it was released before chapter model)
Hammerfell: Craglorn (DLC, same size as chapter), Hew's Bane (DLC)

The only DC areas that haven't been explored fully are in Hammerfell, but Hammerfell has already recieved 2 DLC zones and has 1.5 zones in the base game (one full zone, half of one zone, and a starter island).

Khajiit and Imperials are in much greater need of love.

I'd like to see a DLC devoted to boats/ships and sailing the seas. Potentially even adding some diving for treasures/materials or to enter hidden cave systems.

Literally anywhere but Elsweyr. Murkmire was bad enough. Sadly ESO has too much of a furry following not to cash in on the most annoying race in the most boring setting in Tamriel.

Does anyone REALLY think ZOS can actually handle spellcrafting?

A new Daedric realm to explore. Any will do.
A map + quest-line the size of Coldharbour or larger, with a new 8 person Trial + PVP zone.

QoL add options for multiple adornments and facial hair slots. I want eyebrow studs and earrings, mane and a goatee).

Let's see if lightning can strike twice. Don't wait until Summer, though. They are still working on the 2019 Chapter, but now is when they are thinking about the 2020 Chapter.
