Server issues?

Is it my imagination, or is the game running less smoothly than ever after Summerset?

The game is constantly stuttering along like a drunken Nord. And areas don't seem to load properly, looking downright ugly. I'm trying to go in to a building in Vvardenfell at the moment that doesn't load ANY of the textures unless you tilt the camera up to look towards the ceiling.. so I keep tripping over the furniture when I try to run around... maybe I should walk?

But seriously... it seems worse than ever to me.

For anyone experiencing stuttering and freezing issues since the Summerset update, we have improvements coming in the next console update to help with these performance issues. You can find more information here. You can continue further discussion in this thread.
