    Just submit a support ticket explaining you bought it thinking it was account-wide and that you would like a refund.

    Yeah, I agree they’re too expensive to be worthwhile, but no reason for drama. Don’t buy them if you don’t like the price and request a refund if you bought with wrong assumptions. I’ve found their support with similar issues to be prompt and helpful. :)

    This thread is a very good example of why ZoS don't need to change their poor product descriptions nor defend their *** practices. Some of the player base do it for them. ... They have no need to change. Why should they?

    So, consumers spreading the word about the problems with a product the business sells removes the need for the business to improve. By that logic, we should do away with Consumer Reports and all of the product review web sites. Once the businesses realize no one is warning the customer about their products, I am sure they will step up and fix things.

    It is actually the other way around. Consumers do this because the business is not. As long as the business does not step up and take the action that they should be taking, consumers do this sort of stuff.
