Is it possible to purchase Summerset CE now?

I have preordered digital Summerset upgrade in Steam, but after playing for a while i wanted to change my edition for a Collectors Edition. But when I tried to buy it, Steam writes me that i already own this game and can’t purchase it again. So, is there any way for me to buy Collectors Edition, or it's already impossible?

Have you tried purchasing the Summerset Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade from Steam?

If you continue to have a Steam purchase issue, you should contact Steam Support. To do so, click Help from the Steam Launcher and then select Steam Support, or navigate to http://store.steampowered.com/ and click Support.
