The Augur was hilarious, if I do the quests again I might write down all his quotes. Some of my favorites:
You're doing that thing where water slips out of your skin, aren't you? Sweating, eh? Ugh. And you people think I'm weird!

Another breach near that tree, I think. Fun fact—all deciduous trees love accordion music. Just more proof that all trees are... idiots.

Snow! Can we make a snow-thing? Snow-peasant? Whatever? You know, if you make it right, it develops a sad little soul! 'Course it melts later. Bit of a shame, that. But we can name it and everything!

More than a few snakes around this beach, mate. Ugh. Surly little beasts ... always wiggling along with no arms or legs. I don't have arms or legs either but you don't see me biting people.

Wish we got to keep him after the quest line.
We do as a furnishing and interacting with him gets him talking.

The Thieves Guild quest line was more fun, except for the part where we had to go out and do fifteen random pickpocketing side missions to advance the skill line.
You can actually do the entire Thieves Guild quest-line and completely level up the skill without doing those horrible pickpocket quests.

Same! I so wanted to keep it to make my evil character feel more evil. Wish we didn't have to turn it in.

I'm the same. Didn't find him funny at all - felt the writing tried to hard and missed the mark by a mile.

Humour is subjective though, so I'm glad some are getting a chuckle out of him.

    Wow, just wow.

The Augur and I share the same accent. I am deeply insulted by your proposition that our accent is 'stupid.'

The jokes on the other hand, well, yeah. Maybe I might agree with you there.

Don't worry most where I'm from think the same accent is dreamy af.

Potty level humor is hardly funny.

Disabling Dialogue in Audio is pure win, and I had never had to do that before Psijic quest line.

I turn off dialogue for psijic quests because of him. The "jokes" and that voice are just... Well, they're not for me anyway. But it's good to know not everyone is as irritable and humourless as I am :p

    You can.

You keep a replica. I was talking about getting to keep the original and having him give commentary wherever you go.

Oh, alright. Misunderstood you there. :)

(And I would rather have Abnur then instead, commenting on everything and everyone. Group dungeons should be fun. :D )

    Love the Augur.

The quest line though...... So much time wasting lazyness on the part of ZOS. A quest line you need to do on many of your toons that consists of nothing but 5 hours or so of horse simulator. They can't make an add on with a marker for this crap soon enough. This set of quests is definitely a new low for ZOS when it comes to just wasting our time with as little effort as possible. It would have been far preferable just to tie the skill line to the actual Psyjic quest line instead of inventing this worthless business about the rifts.

The Augur was pure gold though.
I am currently worried for the future of ESO. Population seems like it is in free fall and the cancellation of the North America in-person gathering feels very much like pulling the plug. Kudos on fixing the in-game economy though. Clearly whatever gold shenanigans were happening the last couple years are fixed.

I think they took it a few zones too far. I wouldn't mind 3 or 4 zones including Summerset but the Augur did amuse me.

I won't lie the psijiic questline is very repetitive... only major things worth are the skill line and for the unique collectibles. Well at least of what I experienced so far. The auger is hilarious and a great addition to my home : 3

The Augur made the run about tolerable. I found myself talking back to him. I want him to be out and about carping at everything all the time. Playing solo he was good company!
The collectible version is nice but not quite the same.

Augur is boring and silly to the point of Monty Python, (and I love Life of Brian) , so I am not dissing Monty Python. Just think of all the awesome things the augur could have told you instead of having to listen to his annoying banter in that wannabe cheeky accent.

I think the devs were really lazy with this questline, I enjoyed the Litany of Blood for the DB so much more.
