Max Health lowered after summerset patch on console

Hey guys just after the summerset patch my argonian templar character in pvp noticed a slight decrease in health of about 2 k. I know I had all the same buffs/gear so that doesn't count and could not find any pts changes for this to occur. So please help me understand if this is a bug or not thank you guys!!!
Ps. Sorry if I'm posting on wrong discussion!!

Edit: seems to be a bug (doesn't show that they intended this on patch notes) on how the calculations stack up with the undaunted bonus and the cyrodil health buffs, making our health lower than pre update.

Just throwing it out there but if you had a 2 handed weapon equipped you might now have 6 in a set causing an error.

I can’t remember if this was a bug or an adjustment though. Annoying if the latter.

On console my health changes itself, before the update I was at 16.8k and sometimes it's at that number, sometimes 15.8k, sometimes 16.2k. I'm not switching sets or anything either.

From what i have tested, this is due to the Cyrodill passive buff you get that adds health (battle spirit). Before hand, the health you gained would scale off of undaunted. This is no longer the case. You get a 5k value of health, and that's it. Vs before, where you got a 5k bonus to health, and a 6% increase from undaunted.

    Example:

You have 18,000 health before you enter a PVP zone.

    You gain 5k health, 23,000

Then include undaunted, 23,000 x .06 for example

    1,380 + 23,000 = 24,380

I have tested food, and no food, i have tested CP, and no CP, i have tested skill points, no skill points, just some skill points (like heavy armor passives) and only warrior CP, and all values are correct from what i have tested. The amount of health gained seems to be correct.

While having no undaunted skill points slotted, and going to cyrodill, my health went up by exactly 5k. When undaunted skill points were added, my health still stayed the same. Previously, it would have increased due to scaling.

The only thing is, i can't tell if this is a bug, or intentional. was it always meant to be this way, or is ZOS just now fixing this? There is nothing in the patch notes for this, so i do think this is a bug.

Any clarification on this would be awesome, if anyone from ZOS is reading this.

Wow that was beautiful. hopefully this if just a bug on zos end, the health loss in pvp may seem minimal but it still affects pvp builds by a ton.

Just throwing it out there but if you had a 2 handed weapon equipped you might now have 6 in a set causing an error.

Having 6 set pieces works fine.

It's a bug where food doesn't apply the proper amount of health. Reported on PC already 2 weeks ago. Still not fixed I guess.

For my case I don't believe it is the food as my health increased according to the health stat of the food. But as soon as I enter cyrodil the max health I retained pre update was for example 26k but post update dropped to 24k. While back out of cyrodil equated to 19k ( b/c of no cyrodil buffs) and pre update was also 19k health. (Sorry if I confused you)

Which is why Revans post makes the most sense to me(: hopefully it's just a bug and not a permanent fix.

It's a problem with the undaunted in general it seems and not only with Cyrodiil, and it's not intended because they won't do that to someone who has prepared everything and now has to change and spec for health? No it's a glitch, and outside of Cyrodiil I get with Dubious 20.277 health and when I added the 3% and then the 6% for my undaunted but my health went up only 1014 to 21291... From 20.277 so that's NOT the percentage intended.

I got the patch yesterday on XBox. Usually, my healer is at 21k ish with the Ebon my tank wears, but am pretty much 1K total lower now. Nothing changed at all as far as my build goes. Running with the same group I run all my 4player content with.

I heard there was a bug that food wasn’t giving the full amount of stats if you ate it while on a bar with weapon poisons equipped. Have not confirmed this myself, but might be worth trying.

I can confirm this one on PC and for PVE. After eating, my char has a Max Health of about 14.5K when my bow has poison equipped. Take the poison off, eat and Max Health will increase to 19K. Started overnight, as yesterday it still worked correctly.

Since the patch I face the same issues. Can't tell about PVE values, but in Cyro my nightblade lost ~600 to 1k health with my old build.
I came up with a new build this patch, using a drink that doesn't give HP and see ~600 Health less on live server than calculated values with eso build editor
    .(
600 doesn't seem that much, but my maxhealth lands below 20k that way :s
