Game graphics stutter like/jittery after update..

After this Monday's update (4th June), questing around Vvardenfell, the game gets tiny jittery stutters while running around..

After Summerset update a few weeks ago, there was more lag issues but it was very small.

p.s,
I should add that it doesn't always happen, but when it does, it is noticeable.
