It is real, i received the very same 24 hours ago, it advises you to check your email account that is registered to your ESO account, there are three questions on the email that you need to answer, Name, Address and Telephone, give the details and a few hours later you will receive a confirmation email from zos support advising you that the "special items" will be with you after the 13th of June..

Yeah, that sounds familiar. Though, again, in my case I was contacted directly on the boards first (it was also last year). I'm guessing that you're in Germany, which is why the message was in German, even though you're playing on an NA server. Probably also not on the boards that often, or they probably would have contacted you here.
