Continue using the sets if you're winning and that's your goal.
As long as you're not exploiting or cheating in ways the game developers didn't intend then everything is fair in PvP, those complaining in whispers have just not moved out of the "scrub* mentality" as per link below.
I used to be the same, complain about cheap builds in games, how play by a moral code etc. then complain when others didn't play by my self determined rules, however if you're playing to win you can't play that way.
This link below is one of the most interesting reads and vastly changed my outlook on competitive gaming. You rarely will see me complain about "cheap moves" now because of it.

* before this triggers people and gets mass reports then check the link as I reference that material and don't mean scrub in the common derogative sense it's normally used in.
Complaining that you don't want to do X in a game because "it doesn't take skill" is a common scrub complaint. The concept of "skill" is yet another excuse to add fictional rules and avoid making the best moves. Curiously, scrubs often talk about how they have skill whereas other players—very much including the ones who beat them flat out—do not have skill. This might be some sort of ego defense mechanism where people define "skill" as whatever subset of the game they're good at and then elevate that above actually trying to win.[/quote]

Depends what the end goal is.Chilly-McFreeze wrote: »Who is the real scrub? The one that Handicaps himself by moral standards or the one that has to rely on proc sets to ever archive a kill, Turelus Just a general question, since you brought that term into play.

Call me Chilly McScrubFace ^^
Let's be honest here. If there was a button to give you gear that would make you win every fight and never die...
Everyone would scream remove it.
But everyone would also press it first.
Prove me wrong. This is a stupid discussion. There is no way any human being on this planet would not do such a thing given the opportunity. And If you don't understand what I mean, then you're on your own.
People will ragewhisper you for way less. It has reached a point, where I left all my trading guild because they are full of enemies and I set myself to appear as permanently offline to avoid mails.
It's such harmony to know, that they can't bother you anymore. I always tell them "Tbag me if you must and I will know what you think of me. But ragewhisper me and I will think of you as a satly fool"
I keep it the same way. I let my body speak, no need for hateful words.

On the rare times I get the whispers I enjoy them, especially if you don't answer and the person continues to degrade further and further into incoherent ramblings. You can also trigger a melt down right at the end by just saying "u mad bro?", childish but funny.Peekachu99 wrote: »Pro tip: WHEN PVPING SET YOUR STATUS TO OFFLINE.
I haven’t had a a hate whisper in years, unless I’ve been dungeoning and forgot to change my status back.
You’re welcome.
