As part of ESO’s Summerset Chapter, you can get a furnishing item called the Fan of the False-Face.
This lovely looking fan can be activated and will temporarily turn you into a cute monkey!

And I thought it's just an identical fan to the one from the TG DLC, but with a glowing effect.
