Yeah, I'm a bit let down. I might get the new Horse, but thats about it. I was hoping the elvish clothing was going to come in this one. Welp, here's hoping for a good July showcase.

This would be a decent showcase if it was released any other month. But the items have nothing to do with the latest expansion.

Every chapter will become available for crowns after a year and or given away with the newest one, just like most other mmo's that sell expansions.

I'm actually quite happy with this month's showcase. The adornments pack looks cool, never saw it datamined though.

The Nightmare lion is amazing!!! The Auroran Knight costume is not time-limited, so I'll be able to get it later^^

Thank God the Tsaesci motif will be at the end of the month, so I'll get my sub crowns by then :-D Yay!

On a side note, I could be interested in the armored Auroran horse, though I don't know what the hell, it seems to me the horse is kind of crippled, what's that deformed neck?

I can't help but think that's the exact same costume as the nord knot, but with different trim.

I just don't get it. All the beautiful and unique things they have in the game right now - and they just keep reskinning/resizing the same boring stuff. Like the luxury vendor this week - new item was an old item only smaller.

But credit where credit is due - that Barbarian beard is fantastic. Too bad that guy didn't do the Barbarian long hair, eh?

They could've given us all those fantastic new costumes ... I mean, I'm glad ppl still find SOME things they like but it still feels lazy?

There are so many beautiful new costumes and creatures in Summerset. And I hate to wait another month and perhaps more for Altmer themed costumes given that those are the only ones that are still missing from the list of cultural costumes! Meanwhile Daedra themed costumes and stuff are really nothing new, and why do we get Nord/Barbarian stuff together with the release of Summerset???

I mean, the Daedra stuff I kinda understand, somewhat, bc of the main quest, but Summerset is the home of the High Elves ... there is just no thematic connection to Nord/Barbarian stuff???

I just don't get what led to the creation of this showcase?

Let's hope the next few showcases will FINALLY give us the Altmer themed content we really wanted.

I mean, I for one am not really sure I want to play Summerset for the time being when I can't dress my Altmer characters in thematically fitting costumes ...

Nordic/barbarian stuff are leftovers from nordic themed dungeons. And Summerset IS the culmination of the Daedric War plot, so one can consider this month theme "connecting" previous and current updates. No need to be whiny. If you want to immerse yourself into the world of this new area by wearing appropriate attire, start with new motifs or styles of actual armor. I know that a lot of players do like to fight daedra in casual clothes, but it's 1) not immersive to be exact and 2) said Morrowind had no outfit system on it's release.

I was expecting Alinor's attire myself, but the fact that ZOS finally starting to sell hairstyles datamined AGES ago, long-expected SINCE Morrowind Tsaesi motiff is here as well and thematic to the Summerset plot items will be in Crown Store from day one - is a good thing. Chill and stay positive.
