Waiting on agent for more than 2 days, what to do?

About not getting the Nightmare Senche mount, i've been waiting on my support ticket for more than 2 days, i read that after 48 hours with no response the ticket gets closed and the issue flagged as resolved, is that true?
Also, did anyone who pre-ordered a physical collector's edition have their Nightmare Senche mount given yet?
