Buying Summerset in eso store when I have game on steam already

Hello after several hours of going threw log ins to just get to this forum and a support ticket to get a forum invite that also couldn't be bothered to say one word to answer this question. I would like to ask if I buy the summerset upgrade off your eso website store while I have the base game and morrowwind on steam will it work together? I don't want to have to re-buy the entire game.
