Although I don't see the e-mail address, the image looks legit to me.

@ZOS_GinaBruno maybe can help with the question?

I upload to a phot sharing site then get the url from them. Something like photo bucket.

Even stating what it says can be of help. If it is from Gina just send her a note here in the forums. She will reply.

    Did you recently cancel ESO+?

A year and a half ago I let mine lapse. Got an offer of one free month if I renewed.

Alright, well if you want to take advantage of the free month, make sure you renew for the length of the offer, and also follow up. Mine lasped because I was away on vacation between renewals. I renewed for 6 months, and as far as I can tell, I didn't get a bonus month.

NEVER, EVER RELY ON THE EMAIL ADDRESS TO DECIDE WHETHER A MAIL IS LEGIT OR NOT. The sender is the one who decides what is the email showing on the receiver's end, because they ultimately create the entirety of the mail's headers.

I even sent a few mails to a friend where he was the sender (according to the email headers), without ever accessing his actual email account as a way to show why this is not a good way to check it. Don't do it, there are much better ways to check if a mail is legit.

For future reference the main piece of information other people need to work out if an email is genuine is the address it came from (the actual address, not whatever name your email client shows - e.g. davebobson123@gmail.com not "Dave Bobson"), ideally also the subject and any text at the top or bottom. Your screenshot could be anything, if you hadn't said in the topic it wouldn't even be clear it was an email and not a poster or an advert you saw on a web page.

But in this case it's an email I've heard of other people getting before occasionally, and as other people have said the email address is legitimate.

I think it's a targeted promotion, meaning only certain people get it. I've only heard of people getting it shortly after cancelling their subscription and I've never gotten one even though I've cancelled a sub 3 times - which I suspect is because I pay for 30 days, check it's active and then cancel it the same day and those 3 times were months apart.

Which makes sense to me. It would be pointless for ZOS to send it to people who subscribe continuously already, or to people who have never subscribed (if the free ESO+ weeks haven't persuaded them it's unlikely a 2-for-1 deal will) or to people like me who would obviously have no intention of subscribing for any longer than absolutely necessary to get whatever use I want from it. (I'd actually like the ability to buy less than 30 days at a time, or even better a way to dye costumes without ESO+ or being restricted to the colours on dye stamps.) I'd wait until I want another 30 days to use the promotion, take the free month to go with it and still cancel the renewal immediately.

But people who have subscribed previously and have just cancelled it might feel that 2-for-1 or 1/2 price or however you want to think about it makes it a better deal and so worth sticking with...and in 60 days who knows? Maybe their feelings have changed (or their financial situation or whatever made them cancel), maybe they've spent the crowns they were saving to buy the DLC and don't want to lose access, maybe they've fallen back into the habit of relying on the sub benefits and don't want to lose them. So they stick with it. And if not...no big deal, they were going to cancel anyway so ZOS haven't lost anything significant by trying to keep them.

It's weird my had lapse 4 months ago. I didn't receive message from them, for free 1 month eso+. I guess it's only for selected few whom was picked.
