Annoying weapon glow

I agree. I wish we had an option to turn off enchants glow graphics on our weapons. It would be kind of cool to see our flame damage enchant remain engulfed all the time though too..hmmmmm

Any progress on that annoying weapon glow toggle?

Looking for a way to turn it off myself.

I can't even make out what weapons look like (the details and colors at least) when previewing them from the Outfit Styles collections screen, because the preview adopts whatever enchantment glow your existing weapon has.

Just make a level 1 weapon without the enchant equip it and use it to set the outfit style you want without the glow from enchant or the poison visual effect getting in the way when your done setting your outfit just equip your normal weapon and decon the level 1 weapon.

ESO where people complain about glowing swords and armor as they jump around Tamriel on mounts that grow brighter than the sun.

But yeah an off and on option would be neat for anyone who wants it.

Enchant effects were turned off by default when the outfit system came out. I'm not sure if it was a bug or by design. People complained that they wanted the glow back though, and now it's back. An option would be the best.

It's like, they are complaining for stuff like this. And ZOS just turns it ON or OFF permanently. Why not make an option? Pff.

They did the same thing for hoofbeats sound.
A volume slider would have been better.

Sliders are generally better than the devs just turning stuff on/off.
