I mostly just want it for the correspondence. I loved reading my hireling mails and knowing what antics they were getting into. The materials are a happy bonus.

I voted yes as I can see how a hireling could potentially mitigate the traits issue. I mean ten sparkly fairy dust to make one useful trait resource. Come on!

We have miner hirelings to gather ore - why not have them gather jewellery resources when the nodes are shared? [I know there is a difference between characters mining and those wonderful 'lil hirelings].

Then again, jewellery crafting is meant to be a chore, slog, or grind. We've known this for some time from the Zos jewellery crafting blurb and other sources.

"If there is an underlying oneness of all things, it does not matter where we begin, whether with stars, or laws of supply and demand, or frogs, or Napoleon Bonaparte. One measures a circle, beginning anywhere."

I think the decision to not give us one was very intentional. It's not like the devs didn't think of that. They WANT this to take a long time.

I already dont have hirelings for the other crafts because they NEVER provide me anything useful, I would expect no different from jewelry. I had a blacksmithing hireling for a year and never got a single gold temper from him...at which point I re-allocated the skill points elsewhere...same with the keen eye passive...worthless for everything except alchemy

Also the droprate and item drops on the daily JC writs are way to weak compared to the other craftings. I did about 23 max tier JC daily writs so far and only received one gold legendary mat not the full one but one of the 1/10 small ones.

They really should add hirelings to balance the horrible droprate from writs out

Would help alleviate the pain that is jc grind. Also hireling mails are amazing.

ZOs loves to annoy players by providing more grinding. No alchemy hirelings either and never be fixed.

it's makes no sense they didn't give us one from the start
Say NO to Crown Crates. Crown Crates are Loot Boxes. Loot Boxes are gambling. Zenimax makes enough money off us.
ESO+ is part of the "Games as a service" trend. A trend that needs to die. Subscribe only when you need Crowns for DLC.
Say no to "radiant" junk quests replacing proper side content and the dumbing down of our favorite franchises.

Remember crown potion sales & gold leechers from new bies. It never going to happen. Everyone have to go to cyrodil to farm telvars or buy crown potions or spend all your money in alchemy reagents.

I find them incredibly useful. I don't know if I ever got gold improvement stuff but defo got the other improvement items. And golds come from writ rewards so it all helps.

Well not all, Alchemy doesn't but wish both JC and Alchemy can have them tbh.
