Cannot log in to game or account login.

For some reason, I can log into the forums, which have the same login as the game and account, but when I try and log in to the game, I get the message that my username or password may be inactive at this time (they were active and fine yesterday) and when I try and log into my account, I just get the message that "There was a problem processing your request, please try again!" which is utterly unhelpful.

Why can I log into the forum but not my account or the game, this is very frustrating, and any help fixing this would be appreciated.

I also get the message that if I purchased through Steam to login there, but I did not!
