Bad Image Error

I left the launcher open to auto-update Summerset while I was working. When I came home the launcher was still open but obviously not very happy. It tried to go through an update and crashed.

I figure out that there wasn't enough space on my hard drive, I'm an idiot and all that. Now upon trying to open the launcher, I get a bad image error. It is saying that the file libcef.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.

Would there be any way to get a clean file to get the launcher going to repair the client after I clear out some space on the hard drive? Or am I misunderstanding the situation? I can provide additional information if needed. If I'd prefer getting it repaired before doing a clean install, but I get the feeling that's what I will have to do.

Could you post a screenshot of the exact error coming up in the launcher?
