"Removed from Ignore List" Pop-Up

Is there a way to stop this from happening? It's become a list of names that just continuously pops up lol. It's pretty annoying, and has been happening forever now.

Sure, next time it pops up I'll take a screenshot. I know it happens to other people as well. Usually I'm just running around in a city, or in my house decorating and itll pop up in chat with random names off my Xbox Live block list. I think it sometimes pops up after teleporting somewhere. But it has popped up when I'm just staying in one place.

same problem here, im also on xb1.

btw being able to block/blacklist Guild text chat would be nice to have,
maybe something like a text command like "/mute/guild_two".

Edit: each gamertag whos pop up in the system msg on my screen is still on my blocklist.

Maybe lol. I only blocked people so I wouldn't have as many people that I dont know following me

Have you recently removed players from your block list?

If so, there can be a delay before the notifications start showing up.

Yes but its repeatedly and despite only remove them 1ce the popup shows repeatedly for weeks

Here are two steps you can take on your Xbox which may help with stopping the notifications.

First, power-cycle your Xbox One:

1. Press and hold the [Xbox] button on the front of your console for 10 seconds.
2. Once the machine has turned off, disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes.
3. Plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange.
4. Once the power brick has the Orange light, turn the console back on.

After power-cycling your console, ensure that all apps (including music apps) are disabled and log back into the game.

If power cycling your Xbox One does not resolve the issue, you should try the following steps:

1. Leave the game and open My Games and Apps.
2. Highlight The Elder Scrolls Online and press [Menu].
3. Enter Manage Data.
4. Delete saved data from all sources.

Please let us know if either of these help.

Deleting the cache didnt work @ZOS_BillE
neither did power cycling the Console
