Pretty good, several steps in the right direction like jewelry crafting and skill changes (haven´t tried the latter out much though). Dislikes; Cloudrest looked like something from 1994 and is really short, green skull Psijic questline feels like a worse version of Murray the talking skull and completely lacks challenge. It´s decent, not more IMO.

EDIT: Oh and unfortunately still no veteran overland mode. This *will* kill the game for me eventually. Quests, bosses etc are essentially no challenge, except soloing the gryphon world bosses.

I like the details of the locals' way of life: small manors, greenhouses, vineyards, the interiors are nice, same as historical buildings, the islands feel like a paradise.

I did two delves. I like how these delves are larger and more complex than old tunnel delves. They feel like a small public dungeon with varied terrain and stuff going on.

The cities are nice, but they still don't feel like a real city with different stages of development or wealth. This was done better in Abah's Landing, where you had super rich in gilded palaces and poor people living in simple mudbrick houses... Somehow the cities reminds me of Disneyland with their neo-gothic inspired architecture. To some degree this is OK since these islands were cut of from Tamriel, and the Altmer could develop unhindered by other cultures.

Jewelcrafting feels like a long journey for a casual player. It is to early to say how many new blueprints there are, but we can see a lot of new great things added.. from forges to greenhouses and small decorative items.

The zone is beautiful. The level designers once again impress....kudos

Haven't gotten into the quest line yet.

The geysers are an interesting twist on dolmens.
The mechanics are well designed imo, with tje mobs spread out to allow for a good sized group and let everyone get some damage in.

The bosses....omg. Nice change in making them more mechanics heavy instead of just meat bags we pummel to death but holy cow the ccs and aoes are hell to deal with and maybe a tad over the top on some of them.

Run here and click a portal. Run there and click another one. The lack of creativity reeks of laziness. I'm not having fun doing it, but slogging through since some of the skills are useful in PvP. Also the lack of nodes for the new crafting line is pitiful.
