Is it too late to get the Summerset pre-order bonus?

I was holding off to spend money but know I'm going to buy it tomorrow regardless and I want the mount. I'm assuming it counts as pre-order until the patch becomes available?

    It's still being purchased prior to release. Does the ESO dashboard still advertise it? If so, you can get it.

    If you read the post you would see that I was hesitating on spending money on the new DLC. However, I decided that I would buy the new DLC because I enjoy this game. Thanks for the replies; I was able to still get the pre-order bonus. I was not home and didn't have access to the launcher when I posted the question.
