Pretty sure Grim and Frost were around 2k crowns so I guess we can expect 2-3k

Then again this is ZOS we're talking about so 10k crowns and your soul is a possibility

Nope, you can get it from dailies in Alinor (Summerset).

Given that it's not looking like a limited time motif, my guess will be 5k crowns like all the other exotics in the crown store.
