Clarification on jewelry trait sources

PTS 4.0.3 update the sourcing for Bloodthirsy and Triune traits. I don't understand whether these updates were intended to replace the sources of those traits in PTS 4.0.0, or to supplement them. Originally, these were the sources:

Bloodthirsty: Increases the damage you deal to low-health foes

• You can rarely obtain a Bloodthirsty Ring or Necklace from the Gladiator's Rucksacks, given as a reward for the new Conquest Missions Board daily quests, found in the base camps of each Alliance in Cyrodiil.
• You can purchase the Trait Material, Slaughterstone, from the War Researchers in each Alliance's base camps, for 100,000 AP.

Triune: Increases Health, Stamina, and Magicka

• A Triune Ring is earned by completing the main quest line of Summerset. A Triune Necklace can be earned by completing the Psijic Order quest line.
• The Trait Material, Dawn-Prism, is made by refining 10 Pulverized Dawn-Prisms. Pulverized Dawn-Prisms can be found in Seams all over the world, but are more common in Summerset.

The new sources in PTS 4.0.3 are:

• Jewelry in the Triune Trait can now be found in Gladiator's Rucksacks, obtained from Conquest Board dailies in Cyrodiil. The trait item, Dawn-Prism, can be purchased from War Researchers in Cyrodiil for 100,000 AP per unit.
• Jewelry in the Bloodthirsty Trait can now be found rarely in the weekly quest reward boxes of Trials. The trait item, Slaughterstone, will be found in those same reward boxes the rest of the time.

There were similar updates for the Protective and Harmony traits, but I don't care about those.

Does anyone know whether the 4.0.3 sources are now the only sources of those traits, or whether they are in addition to the 4.0.0 sources?

The Cyrodiil vendor is only selling Dawn-Prism which means that the 4.0.3 sources are the only ones.
