Crown store banker - guild bank/store access ever?

Has anyone ever seen any actual guidance from Zos on whether the banker might eventually grant access to your guild bank and stores?

I keep holding out hope because it’d be super handy, amd what I’d need to invest in a banker. I’m assuming it’s never going to happen at this point.

To my understanding all assistants will have only partial functionality. The fence has a 30% cut of your profits. The merchant can't repair. And, the banker does not have guild bank/store access. There are no intentions of changing this. They still want the players to interact with the towns and to not be holed up in an inn room.
