Summerset Main Quest Bug: The Tower Sentinels

So I have been playing the main quest of Summerset and once I get to the Illumination Academy to find Hannayel's Quiet Room I always find the doorway to her room open whether or not I have all the books.
It maybe the route in which I collect the books or something. Also seems Raz is rather silent through most of this quest, Like he is a walking Zombie.
Anyway this is the second time I have collected the first three books gone into the room because it looks like the forth is in the room and find the bookcase that is supposed to be covering the door not there and the ability to be able to just walk into the room without doing the book puzzle. Once I get the final book Raz slowly walks into the study without speaking and we can finish the puzzle but the bookcase is still not there. I can go in and out of the room without doing the puzzle at all.
