HELP! How do I get into ESO Support site via Google Chrome?

Over the past 24 hours, I've been trying to log into the ESO support site with no success. I discovered via some experimentation that something in my Google Chrome is preventing me from logging in. And by "preventing me from logging in", the "Log In" button on the support site doesn't work.

Can someone assist me and help me figure out if there is an extension or something that is causing the Log In button to not function. I am able to confirm it is something with Google Chrome, because Microsoft Edge and another computer in the household allowed me in with no problem (or at least, got me to the "You have logged in via new device or browser, please check your email for a code" screen).

So...why is Google Chrome refusing to allow me in? And how can I go about fixing that?

    Hey there @arena25,

If you are not getting an error message, and nothing happens when you click "Log In" on our support portal log in page, it's likely due to an ad blocker on your browser. Check your ad block extension on your browser, and make sure to grant permission for (whitelist) help.elderscrollsonline.com.

You may also wish to try a different browser.

    Hope this helps!

Thank you for the response, Kat! I want to provide some closure before I ask mods to shut down this thread:

After nothing in Google Chrome settings worked, I checked my settings in my anti-malware program. After adding an exclusion for the Support page via my anti-malware settings, I was FINALLY able to get in to the support portal (or at least, to the "You are logging in via a new browser/device, please check your email for a code" screen).

Thanks for the assistance, Kat. I am now finally able to get to the support page.

Because the problem is now solved, I am going to request moderators lock this thread. Thanks again, Kat!
