I forgot my password and my security question,

is there a way i can get my password reset?

If you are unable to reset the password because you've forgotten your secret question, you can retrieve it by doing the following:

1. Navigate to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Fill out your first name, last name, and e-mail address.
4. Click Continue.

The security question appears on next page.

If you are unable to answer your secret question, you should contact Customer Support by using this form and select the issue, "No longer have access / can't remember email on account." This will prompt you to provide all the information our support agents will need to assist you.
