Intricate Jewelry Drops.

I'm wondering if anyone has run across any intricate jewelry drops?

If not Does ZOS plan on adding them to random loot?

Also, if not do you think ZOS should at least add this to help things out a bit?

I haven't done a whole lot of exploring and looting, so I can't speak about overland drops. However, I have been getting intricate jewelry reasonably often from writs.

I knew there was ornate jewelry drops, but I couldn't remember seeing intricate. Thanks for the info.

I spent a couple of hours in the public dungeon on Sumerset Isle. All I got was some white quality rings with zero traits.

Probably the best bet for leveling jewelry crafting would be dolmens since they have a guaranteed jewelry which is at least green, often blue. Since for other skills higher quality items give quite a lot of inspiration, comparable, if not higher than intricate white, and you can rotate through those relatively fast.

Given that we can get gold jewellery from vSO easily enough I don't think intricate jewellery is needed.

One thing would be if the writs are more of a sink or net gain of materials, considering the surveys. For example alchemy and enchanting are a net gain, the others a loss.

I won't decon any gold jewels till I fully level the skill and get the extraction perk. This way I'll make sure those gold tempers won't go to waste. Green, blue and even purple upgrades don't matter much since most jewelry readily drops in purple and in the first phase I'll probably stick to upgrading and re-traiting dropped jewels, rather than make them since 6+ traits will take a few months to research.
