Lost at Sea lamest quest ever

This quest is highly disappointing, its one of those quests that afterward you just think to yourself "what did I just do?" Spoilers if anyone on the pts hasn't done it yet.

So basically I went in, found some crazy old guy, went and "rescued" 2 other people who were fully able to escape themselves and found 1 person dead. The crazy old guy shot off a couple rounds from a barely functional ballista at a moored, uncrewed ship while maybe 3 Sea Elves had a bit of a go at me, then we all regrouped at the boat and escaped.

There was no great invasion happening, no armies mustering, no real threat, the boat didn't even have anyone on it, and most of the Sea Elves are standing around fishing or on lunch break.

The reward was levelled gold, and not even worth it. There wasn't even an end bit to go and tell the partner "oh btw your partner died" or anything.

I guess there's no chance of upgrading this quest to make it actually worth doing before launch?

Also, it seems such a complete waste of space, there are ruins in Wasten Coraldale you can't even explore.

That still sounds a lot more exciting and storypacked than the Cyrodiil "gather 5 rattails" or "poison the goblin, cause its green and has fangs and we dont" quests.

Never done Cyrodiil, I absolutely loathe pvp lol
