Sound stops after hitting play.

I load up and everything is fine, I hear the music while at the main morrowind screen and select A. Then it brings me to the screen to select "play" and as soon as I hit A, the sound disappears. This has been going on for at least a week. Ive tried unplugging the headset, nothing. Ive tried quitting game, nothing. Ive hard reset, didnt work. I think its a game glitch cause my headset and xbox work fine. Wtf.

Check your in-game settings before anything else, and if those are normal, and if you are on xbox, try manually uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If that doesn't fix it, the glitch is probably from your console or your ESO account. Keep in mind that sound for the main screen and in-game are separate settings, so make sure you toggle up and down the slider from the settings available when you first log in, AND the settings when you are logged into your character in-game.
