actosh✭✭✭✭✭Shouldnt proc reactive(hp loss over time is no disabling effect) but it also procs bloodspawn, lord warden on pts.
Think this is going to be fixed.
Balance procced alot of stuff a while ago and that got fixed pretty fast.
