✭✭✭Yeah it has flowing water sfx, ripples in the water pools, but there's no water coming out of the spouts between each level.1 -
Earrindo✭✭✭✭✭There are clearly spouts on several of the levels, but yeah, no water is running.
As an additional note, the very useful thick round base of the fountain has no collision on the bottom. It would be really nifty if it did have, so we could use it as a round platform.1 -

Absolutely, the water is not running just like the Imperial did not for about a year. Thankfully, that was finally fixed... I’m hoping that this will be fixed a little sooner than a year’s time.
