Psijic Order Passive Concentrated Barrier Severely Broken

Soooo, I stumbled upon this bug while in pvp, testing out the Psijic skills in pvp. And, well, the Concentrated Barrier passive has a pretty bad bug. If you quickly spam block, the shield get progressively stronger and stronger. Video proof:
Note: I have 60 points into Bastion, which gives shields 20% more strength. That's why it says 6000 points instead of the 5000 points stated in the tooltip.
As you can see in the video, the barrier goes over 100k. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I'd rather not see this bug be on the live server.
