So watching the ESO trailer the first one with the elf fighting the daedra using those visuals here is what I cam up with:
1) knock back: using a blasé of energy knock enemy back off balance. Morph1: cause them to fall down Morph2: cause damage
2) Energy whip: causes damage Morph1: Causes chocking damage over time Morph2: immobilizes enemy
3) Energy beam/whip attacks all enemies in radius causes damage and slow down. Morph1: extra damage Morph2: larger radius and more time slowed down
4) Shoots a green energy ball cause damage Morph 1: damage over time Morph2: multiple targets hit
5) Imbue weapon with magic energy dealing more damage to light and heavy attacks Morph1: longer duration and more damage Morph2: when attack you drain magic from enemy and recoup mana.
Ultimate: Ability to cast a shield/dome that deflects attacks for X seconds allowing party members to regroup. (sort of like in the trailer when the elf cast shield around the area.
other possible attacks I thought of was:
1) energy dagger thrown
2) shield that blocks x percentage of damage
3) Green flame attack/wall aoe type weapon.
