Probably in 2 weeks.

As an NA guy I would like to have some time in the last couple weeks to try stuff out with my main characters, since the first couple weeks are usually (and in this PTS cycle, most definitely) buggy messes.

For week 3-4 usually, and we barely finished week 1. So next week probably.

As per usual, right around the 2nd balance patch...so us NA folks have to wait until live to test any changes on our live characters thanks to the buggy mess the early PTS cycle usually is.
