Eidetic Memory Lorebooks need fixing

The following lorebooks still need fixing, as they remain unreadable to many players:
* Note from Khezuli's Contact - This book is part of the quest "A Little on the Side". However, it is possible to finish the quest without ever reading it, e.g. when questing with someone else. Once the quest is over and the city is saved, it is impossible to re-enter it. Being in party with someone else who has the quest does not solve the problem as entering the city sends you to a different instance. Quest cannot be shared.
* Secret Note, Soggy Note (from Gold Coast Tomes, not the same that can be found on a ship), Up High Note - These books are part of the quest "The Sweetroll Killer". It is possible to finish the quest without ever reading it, e.g. when questing with someone else who reads these books instead. After the quest is done, the books disappear. Being in party with someone who has the quest does not make them reappear. Quest cannot be shared.

inclinations✭✭✭Same for book To Warlord Ice-heart, related to quest Invitation to Orsinium. I've been trying grouping with ppl running that quest with no luck getting the book.Vet Maelstrom makes me cry.0 -
Meld777✭✭✭✭✭Not that it's a surprise to anyone, but these books are still bugged in Summerset. Come on, ZOS. An intern can fix this in 1 minute. Just activate these books to be readable after the quest has been completed.

✭achievement for books also would be nice. Colors or title as a reward would be even better
