NA servers Issues and the need to extend the Anniversary event for one more week.

Dear good ZOS folks.
We’ve recently had several different issues impacting the NA megaservers that, unfortunately, happened to all hit in a relatively short time span of a few days to a few weeks. There have been issues ranging from game errors related to authentication, logging/loading on, crashes and being kicked off the servers; whereas also, some have been related to hardware, while others have been related to power and large ISP outages in the region. We appreciate your extraordinary efforts to have resolved the issues that we cannot control on our end, nor remediated by our local providers; thus, there were numerous periods of time during which we were not able to enjoy the anniversary event in its entirety.
With that said, please extend the anniversary event by one more week on all megaservers and platforms. We, with the NA megaservers, would like to enjoy this extra time to make up for time lost, and to enjoy the event to it s fullest (as it should be intended) until the event, should it, concludes on Monday, April 30th at 10am EDT. We also appreciated you, ZOS, Bethesda and Zenimax for all you do, and your commendable efforts in extending the event in compensation for the EU servers folks. In all fairness and bravado, please extend same such courtesy to your loyal fans with the NA megaservers.

✭The one additional week was enough. Though there is no forgiving the god awful server performance in this game, in this case, ZOS did everything they could to help make things right.
That being said, we do not need another week. It was a great event and it's time for it to end. If you didn't take advantage of the double xp and loot boxes during the length of the event, that is on you.
