[Bug] - Invisible & Inaudible Mobs and NPC's

Two incidents with invisible/silent mobs and NPC's:

Firstly, in Alikir, sneaking around above ground at Sala En, I was attacked by invisible mobs - dominion soldiers and swordsmen. Other mobs in this area were visible. I was not able to /bug this at the time on account of my character being dead. I respawned at the wayshrine, returned to the scene, and the mobs were now visible.

Second instance - travelled from Mournhold to Stormhold using the navigator. The loading screen into Stormhold took a couple of minutes to complete, much longer than normal. On arrival in Stormhold there were no NPC's visible or audible anywhere in the town. The NPC's were bumping into my character and pushing him around though. Tried to /bug this but the report would not complete in the time I had available. Later on, when I logged back in, the loading screen only took a few seconds and all the NPCs in Stormhold were visible and audible.

Nothing like this has ever happened to me before on the PTS or Live servers.

    1) Was this on PTS? You mention all base game areas so I have to ask.

    2) What platform do you play on? I assume PC but you can't be sure since you may have posted in the PTS forum when you meant to post in bug reports forum.

    3) They are doing the multi-core support for Update 18 on PTS so invisible npcs/players and audio issues may be related to that so they will definitely need to know your system specifications to figure this out.
Standard thing to post is a "dxdiag.exe" report. Just search your computer for that and run it and save the report to a file then copy paste here, removing any specifics to your IP address(if it is in there) and computer name/username if there.
That is on Windows PC fyi.

Thanks for the report, @RaddlemanNumber7. We have a potential fix for this coming in the next PTS patch, and would love to hear if you still run into this issue after the patch goes out.

Ok, thanks. I'll try repeating the same moves, see what happens.

It just happened again. I was attacked by an invisible Echatere in the zoo. I managed to /bug it this time before it killed me. Ticket number is 180501/001832.

@ZOS_GinaBruno the bug where all the NPC's disappear has also happened again.

I ported from the temporal breach near the Venomous Fens dolmen in Shodowfen to the Wayshrine at Quarantine Serk in Deshaan. The loading screen took a couple of minutes to complete. On arrival no NPC's were visible or audible. The prompt to talk to Aerona Berandas did appear, but it would not work.

I /bugged it but the report would not finish submitting. I pressed ESC and then ported to Mourner's Market Wayshrine. The ticket number then appeared 180502-000658.

I tried to port back to Quarantine Serk Wayshrine but got stuck in an endless load screen. Shut the game down in Windows. Restarted Windows.

Logged back in to PTS and then into the same character. After another unusually long loading screen he appeared in Qurrantine Serk at the wayshrine, and again all NPC's were invisible and inaudible. I jogged down the road in the direction of Broken Tusk's Hillock. Once I crossed the boundary of the shard/phase things went back to normal. I zapped a couple of Malbourn near the lake, returned to Quarrantine Serk and all the NPC's was there functioning as normal.
