...that you currently see on PTS for Summerset. Will it be removed May 1st? And how long will our creations be available once the overlay is gone? I would like to take screenshots of the player house I am working on in PTS without that overlay and I'd also like to let a friend stream it without that. If you could let me know @ZOS_GinaBruno when the overlay will go away and for how long I'll be able to access my current project once it is gone I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

1) Yes they are representative. They aren't making major changes. This is not "alpha", not even "beta", this is more like "open beta" which is more like "pre-release stress testing".
2) Even embedded items in a photo can be changed in photoshop. They can't stop you from altering a copy on your end. The watermark is only controlled by them in the source game in code.
This is really just "the honor system" because that watermark isn't going to stop anybody from releasing information or doing so without repercussions by removing the watermark either with photoshop or some dynamic hacking.
These developers just have not learned that if you want to keep a secret, don't share it with someone you can't completely trust.0 -

Sadly, I won't be able to do that because I will not have access to the same assets on live as I do right now in PTS. I'm pretty sure I can post pics of what I'm doing now because it has nothing to do with spoiling any of the quests. I was just hoping I'd be able to take pics without the overlay as I don't have Photoshop or the knowledge to remove it if I did.

Well, you could try to change your UserID and take the pictures then change your UserID back after if you are trying to keep people from knowing your name in game. It is otherwise visible in game in chat and above your character's head.
The username change is easy, instructions here: How to change UserID

They don't want to keep anything secret.
