I've long wanted the ability to have our other characters occupy our house(s) when we aren't playing them. Give the illusion they live under one roof and interact with each other. Let us choose a small route and path and some emotes and actions they can do. Make them feel lived in.

Not at all, except that is the role women are still perceived to carry out, even in this enlightened age when a lot of men can cook better than most women!

Which unfortunately excludes my husband, so just as well I'm a damned good cook myself (no modesty there, you'll note ).

At least the poor man stands no chance of starving!

I think more does need making of homes. UT I guess they dont want us all in our homes. They want us in towns, in bars etc listening to the boards. I'd love Guild.bank / store access via banker in my home (even if he only granted it there.) and all ther services to make.it a guild hall etc

BUT towns would become more dead I guess. And they dont want that.

By "Nothing" you mean that you can't fast-travel for FREE from any PvE region in Tamriel??? That kind of nothing??

Loooong ago I suggested to make our characters in the house (the one we aren't using atm of course), but since there is probably no money to grab so nothing from ZOS

If you go through the housing editor to the crown store furniture you'll find a Soul Shriven who makes for a fine Bar Tender/Butler!
