Then they are an exceptionally bad representation of CS and should be fired. That's not a real factor. Lots of European and East Asian employees do not have English as their first language. In fact, most customer service representatives are like that. While it is somewhat required to have good English skills, it is not expected of you to speak like someone who went to college to study it.

Already said in that other thread that it's against ToS. Its harassment either way you look at it. To all of you defending it, just because it doesn't offend you, who cares? Stfu as your opinion does not matter. Its a violation of the ToS as it rightfully should be.
