In this thread a players account was actioned for Teabagging.
Please keep in mind that Teabagging, according to the actioned account email, is considered "physical harassment" and it also hurts people's feelings.
I can only call this weakness, entitlement and utter stupidity.
Because that's exactly how you look like. Makes me wonder how you even live your life if you can't deal with such irrelevant pointless little annoyances in a video game.
Truth be told I feel extremely bad for people who are that sensitive. Takes the joy out of life if you spend so much time and energy focusing on things that don't directly affect your life in any way unless you, as you obviously did, choose to be affected by them.
Happiness is a choice. And many are too blind to choose.

TBH if you can't deal with stuff like T-bagging and have to go out of your way to reports someone... To me you're an immature little kid that wants to be appreciated and wants attention for doing absolutely *** nothing but crying about your feelings.
To quote myself from the previous thread...

ZOS, I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted. The world screams "We want to be mature." Yet the downfall to childishness is happening at light's speed.

This is an immersive role playing game and tea bagging people is poor behavior and harassing. I personally role play my character and in the world I RP them I would not foresee my adversary tea bagging me. It isn't realistic or immersive. There's counter-strike and then there's mature MMORPGs.

The real world and an online fantasy world that includes other players will always have one thing in common:
You cant control or tell other players how to behave. The people running the game set the rules, and i would be amazed if this isn't rolled back as a decision.
Regardless you just violated the rules of service on the forum against discussing punishment here, and will receive a warning yourself.
If this is rolled back or not,, we won't hear about it. That's how ZoS does things.

"This account has been reported for a Terms of Servive violation and is receiving an official for physical harassment...."
An official what? Poor job..

If it's enforced, there will be plenty of other more current emails floating around that people would have posted. I'm skeptical it's against the TOS until a ZOS employee confirms.

Well, now we have the definitive answer. Look at how many people on these forums who supported and advocated for teabagging were wrong. Not surprising, of course.

I'm sure many of the employees are multilingual and perhaps it was just an error.
The bottom line and moral of the story is this:
Don't teabag. Find another way to express your emotions. Just like in real life.

Where are all the other emails/outrage from people getting warned? Why is there literally only 1 screenshot, from 2015, with weird grammar being used as proof? Is teabagging such a non issue that only 1 person has ever been reported and issued a warning for teabagging? If so, then it's obviously not something that is enforced, and you could say while it "technically" might be against the TOS *if* (big if) that email is to be believed, if it isn't actually enforced then it doesn't matter.

Can't we say the same for all other types of actionable offenses? Or are there more emails for those floating around?

And if ZOS really wants to make an action that over 75% of PvPers do every single day an "actionable offense" they'll be shooting their own business in the foot and they fully deserve a devastating loss of profits.
